About Us

Jessica Reed, M.A., BCBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience supporting children, families, and professionals across home, school, and community settings.

My work is grounded in applied behavior analysis and focused on practical, individualized solutions that create meaningful, lasting change.

My background includes leadership roles in private ABA organizations, development of regional programs, and service delivery in schools, homes, foster care systems, group homes, and correctional settings.

I hold a Master of Arts in Human Behavior, completed post-baccalaureate training in Applied Behavior Analysis,.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals with autism, ADHD, ODD, and a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs. I have also provided services within Therapeutic Behavior Services (TBS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Triple P, (Positive Parenting Program) and Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS). I have provided expertise in private home, group homes, men's correctional facilities, k-12 public education settings,  and regional non-public schools.

What sets my practice apart is a commitment to parent empowerment and clinical precision. Behavior change is most successful when caregivers feel confident, supported, and equipped with clear strategies. My goal is not only to reduce challenging behaviors, but to strengthen family systems, improve communication, and build sustainable skills that carry across environments.

I value neurodiversity, collaboration, and data-based decision making.

Every child deserves individualized support, and every family deserves clear guidance rooted in evidence-based practice.
